Guidelines

Wasatch County has adopted the Manual of Standard Specifications of the Utah Chapters of the American Public Works Association (APWA) and the Associated General Contractors of America as the basis for work in Wasatch County. This manual is available online at utah.apwa.net or from the Utah T2 Center at 1 800 822-8878.

Work will be governed in order by the following documents:

  1. Wasatch County Code
  2. Current Version of Utah’s APWA Specifications
  3. Current Version of UDOT's Standards and Specifications
