Open Houses Scheduled Across the County; Input Will Help Guide Decisions on Land Use, Transportation, and More.
The Wasatch County community is invited to attend upcoming open house sessions to share feedback that will directly inform the next phase of the ongoing General Plan update.
The General Plan is the county’s proactive framework that guides land use and development, as well as other key issues such as transportation, public services, and economic development in unincorporated areas. With significant growth throughout Wasatch County, this update will ensure that future development reflects community priorities and values.
“We’ve made meaningful progress through our initial community survey and ongoing advisory committee meetings, and now we’re asking the community to help us further identify specific needs and desires within unincorporated areas of the county,” said Wasatch County Planner Austin Corry. “The General Plan should reflect a shared community vision, so we encourage residents to participate and share their input.”
