It is the mission of the Wasatch County Attorney’s office to safeguard the county through aggressive yet fair prosecution of those who commit crimes within the county. We seek to hold criminals accountable while meeting victims' and witnesses' statutory rights and emotional needs. We promote and participate in programs that reduce crime and victimization.
